ActorConsole separates operational usage, account costs, and creator revenue into focused dashboards. Each dashboard supports Actor and UTC date filters, while the Cost and Revenue pages provide a complete Actor-by-Actor breakdown for a selected day.
Usage cost is the amount charged to the account owner for running an actor. It is not Actor Store creator revenue. ActorConsole keeps account expenses separate from the monetization revenue and profit returned by Apify Console Insights. The dashboard reports:
| Metric | Source | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Usage cost | Apify billing usage | Expense incurred by the connected account. |
| Runs | Apify billing usage | Runs attributed to the actor for the same daily record. |
| Revenue and profit | Apify Console monetization insights | Creator earnings, Actor costs, profit, and margin for monetized owned Actors. |
