This Privacy Policy describes how ActorConsole ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service.
When you create an account, we collect:
We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-ins. Firebase processes your authentication data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
When you connect services like Apify or GitHub, we store your API tokens and credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM. These credentials are used solely to operate the features you enable.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service:
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only transaction metadata (amount, status, subscription plan) — we never see or store your credit card number.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can view and export your account data from Dashboard → Settings → Export.
You can update your profile information from Dashboard → Settings → Profile.
You can delete your account from Dashboard → Settings → Account. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us.

ActorConsole is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us immediately.
