2.2 Data and Privacy Violations

• Scrape, collect, or process personal data without a lawful basis
• Access other users' data without authorization
• Circumvent data protection measures
• Use the Service to build scrapers that violate the terms of service of target websites
• Collect or store data from behind authentication walls without explicit permission

2.3 Service Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to avoid paying for features

2.4 Content Violations

• Generate, upload, or distribute content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, phishing, or misleading content
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others

2.5 Commercial Misuse

• Resell access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to build competing products without authorization
• Misrepresent your affiliation with ActorConsole
• Use our branding or trademarks in misleading ways

3. AI-Generated Content

When using ActorConsole's AI features (copy rewrite, code review, image generation):

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• AI outputs may contain errors — do not treat them as professional advice
