These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ActorConsole ("Service") operated by ActorConsole ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ActorConsole, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ActorConsole is a DevOps platform for Apify Actor builders. We provide:
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@actorconsole.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each person may maintain only one free account. Multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
The Free plan allows tracking of 1 actor with limited features.
Pro and Studio plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your use of the Service.
You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or generate through ActorConsole ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose.
When you connect third-party services (Apify, GitHub), we store your credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never share these credentials with third parties except to operate the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ActorConsole and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Apify, GitHub, Razorpay, Firebase). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACTORCONSOLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold ActorConsole harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice where possible, except in cases of serious or repeated violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
