Deduplicated on the store's own review id, so a review reached through more than one storefront or sort order is charged once. Error rows, the per-app coverage report, apps that could not be found, and reviews that fail your own filters are all free, and there is no run-start fee.

Switch it off with includeAppProfile and it is never charged.

Run with "Monthly pass" on and this is charged once, right before the first review would be billed; for the next 30 days every run you start with the pass on delivers reviews and app profiles with no per-unit charges. No automatic renewal: it is charged again only when you run with the pass on after it has expired. Never charged on a run that reads nothing. Worth it above roughly 6,300 reviews a month.

One app whose review feed was actually fetched but that billed no review and no profile: a monitoring re-run where every review was already paid for, or an app whose reviews were all removed by your filters. Half the price of an app profile - you get the answer, not the data. Charged once per app per store per run, never on an app that billed a review or a profile, never on one that could not be reached, and never at all while a monthly pass is active. This is what keeps a monitoring schedule honest: a quiet app costs one check instead of nothing, and a busy one is billed by review as before.
