Charged once per delivered notice enriched from its official detail page: court, case number, trustee (bostyrer) name, e-mail and address, creditor claim deadline, cut-off date (fristdag), first creditors' meeting and industry. Fires only when detail fetching is on, and only for rows you actually receive — a notice read only to test a trustee or claim-deadline filter is never charged. Capped by 'Maximum detail fetches' on an ordinary sweep, and by 'Maximum notices to return' when one of those filters is on (the filter reads every candidate, so that budget does not apply to it).
