Each row carries the company name, its CIK, every ticker the SEC maps to that CIK, the exchanges, the SIC code and its description, the state of incorporation and the fiscal year end, then the form type, the filing date, the report date, the acceptance timestamp, the act, the file number, the 8-K item codes, the accession number, the primary document and its description, the size in bytes, the two XBRL flags, and working links to both the document itself and its folder. Every row also states whether it came from EDGARs recent block or from a named older file, because the main response holds only the newest 1,000 filings. A ticker the SEC does not list, a CIK EDGAR answers 404 for, a failed request and a filter that matched nothing are each returned as their own row and are never charged.
