One PDF turned into text: the link you gave and where it ended up after redirects, the HTTP status and the file size, how many pages the document has and how many were actually read, the title, author, subject, keywords, creator and producer the file carries, the creation and modification dates converted to ISO, the PDF version and whether it is encrypted, the character and word counts, the full text with running headers and footers removed, the text of each page separately when asked for, and a hash of the text together with the previous hash and the change in length so a monitoring run can say what moved. A PDF that could not be turned into text is returned with the reason instead: a scanned document with no text layer, a password protected file, a URL that answers with something that is not a PDF, a file over the size limit, or a server that refused. Those rows, and rows that report nothing changed since the last monitoring run or that filters matched nothing, are never charged.
