Roof Measurement API - Area, Pitch, Condition, Hail Risk

Charged once for each building on the property: its centroid, roof area in square feet and in roofing squares, predominant pitch, shape, primary material and full material list, facet count, estimated roof age, solar panel presence, eave height, footprint, setback, chimney and wood deck presence, tree overhang, and the roof condition rating alongside every sub-element behind it, including ponding, patching, tarps, rust, structural damage, missing material, streaking, discoloration, material degradation and loose organic matter. Also carries the wildfire, wildfire mitigation, hail vulnerability and hail loss severity ratings and the structure counts, densities and vegetation coverage in the two concentric hazard zones around the building. Properties with no structure are not charged.

Charged once for each aerial image behind an analysis: its reference, download token and link, whether the view is top down or angled, the capture date, the cardinal direction for angled imagery, whether top down imagery is masked, and the bounding box it covers. Properties with no imagery pack assigned are not charged.

property-summary

Charged once for each address screened through the summary service: the standardised address and coordinates, the roof condition rating, the primary roof material and whether solar panels are present, each with its model confidence, plus the date of the imagery the reading rests on. Addresses the provider cannot match are not charged.

property-attributes

Charged once for each property read through the near real time attributes service, which returns property features and approximate measurements as plain values rather than as confidence-qualified readings. Addresses the provider holds no attributes for are not charged.

imagery-capture

Charged once for each image in each aerial capture covering a location: the capture reference and its start and end dates, any labels such as a disaster flight, whether the view is top down or angled and in which cardinal direction, the image reference, when it was shot and first published, whether it is a composite stitched from several frames, its ground sample distance and the zoom levels available for it. Locations with no capture are not charged.

orthomosaic-record

Charged once for each stitched orthomosaic image over an area: its reference, whether it is visible light or near infrared, how it was positioned on the ground, the capture window it was flown in, when it was first published, its ground sample distance, the zoom levels available for it and the bounding box of its ground footprint. Areas with no orthomosaic are not charged.
