Charged once for each building read in full: the address and coordinates, MSA and census tract, the unit count, year built and storey count alongside the provider's own predictions for each where the record is blank, the management company, building phone number and website, the apartment, condominium, single family, student, senior, build to rent, affordable and lease up flags, the overall quality score and the per room scores for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, common areas, fitness centre and pool, whether the building prices with revenue management software and its average price change, time on market and lease duration, the admin, amenity, application and storage fees, covered, garage and surface parking, the deposit range, cat and dog rent, one time fees and deposits, the building and unit amenity lists, the street view URL, and the counts of real units and advertised floorplans separately. Property IDs the provider does not hold are not charged.

unit-record

Charged once for each apartment or advertised floorplan returned, carrying the unit and floorplan names, a flag saying which of the two it is, bedrooms, bathrooms and partial bathrooms, square footage with its range, floor, the asking price with its range, the effective price net of concessions with its range, the value and percentage of the concession between them, price and effective price per square foot, days on market, the availability status and the enter and exit market dates, the lease term, the deposit, the unit amenities and the provider's tags. Buildings with no availability on file are not charged.

rent-prediction

Charged once for each unit the provider predicted a market rent for: the predicted price and predicted effective price with both expressed per square foot, the unit's current asking and effective price beside them, the signed gap between prediction and asking on both bases so a positive number means the provider thinks the unit is underpriced, and the number of comparable units the prediction rests on. Buildings the provider produced no predictions for are not charged.

expense-benchmarks

Charged once for each building the provider produced an operating estimate for: gross potential rent, vacancy loss, effective gross income, other, parking and laundry or vending income, total operating expenses and net operating income, and the line items behind them - real estate taxes, property insurance, utilities, payroll and benefits, repairs and maintenance, advertising and marketing, general and administrative, management fees, professional fees, ground rent, capital expenditure reserve, replacement reserves and other expenses. Buildings with no estimate are not charged.

market-record

Charged once for each market the provider matched by name, with its name, city and state, its centre coordinates, its area in square kilometres, its tags, and its full boundary polygon, which can be fed straight back into the polygon search. Names the provider does not recognise are not charged.
