Charged once for each MLS number read in the expanded form, which carries everything a search row does plus the parts only this route returns: every listing agent with their ID, name, position, email, phone numbers, website, brokerage, office ID and board; the complete MLS status history with each previous listing's number, status, list price, sold price and dates, which is what separates one property relisted three times from three separate properties; the provider's comparables with their distance, prices, dates and attributes; the room by room breakdown with each room's level, dimensions and features; and the open house schedule. MLS numbers not carried on the boards this key reaches are not charged.

building-record

Charged once for each building returned, which groups every current and historical listing at one address: the address key, building name, full address and coordinates, class, year built, the smallest and largest unit sizes on file, the unit count and the nearby amenities. This is the row a condominium directory or a pre-construction study is built from. Searches that match nothing are not charged.

market-statistic

Charged once for each statistic the provider computed over the filters you set: the measure, the statistic, the full path when the request was grouped by day, month, quarter or a trailing window, and the value. Covers averages, medians, minimums, maximums, sums, standard deviations and counts of list price, sold price, price per square foot, days on market, taxes, maintenance fees and square footage, plus the available, new and closed listing counts and the percentage above or below asking. Filters the provider computes nothing for are not charged.

Charged once for each location, agent or brokerage office returned. Location rows carry the location ID and name, its classification and subtype, the city, neighbourhood, district, area and state it sits in, its coordinates and its active listing count. Agent rows carry the agent ID, name, position, email, phone numbers, website, brokerage, office ID and board. Office rows carry the office ID, brokerage name, board, phone numbers, website and address. Lookups that return nothing are not charged.
