location-details

Charged once for each full property record: the address, county and metro, property types and subtypes, size and units, year built and renovated, rent and occupancy with the date it was measured, and the securitised loan on it, meaning the deal and loan identifiers, borrower sponsor, master and special servicer, originator and lender, original and current balance, rate and rate type, origination and maturity dates, payment status, watchlist and special servicing dates and reasons, workout strategy, modification type and date, plus the income, expense, debt service, NOI, NCF, DSCR and debt yield snapshot and both the origination and most recent valuations. Locations the provider cannot serve are not charged.

tenant-record

Charged once for each top tenant of a property: the tenant name and its normalised form, its rank in the building, the space it occupies, its share of gross and net rentable area, the date the tenancy was last confirmed and the date the lease expires. Properties with no reported tenants are not charged.

comp-record

Charged once for each scored comparable: the comparable property with its address, size, vintage and cap rate, the provider's similarity score and the distance to the subject, the breakdown of which fields that score came from and how heavily each was weighted, and whichever of the sale, loan, valuation and financial blocks the comparable type asked for, meaning sale date, price and per unit price with buyer and seller and the prior sale, or origination and maturity dates, balances and LTV, or occupancy, average rent, revenues and expenses. Subjects with no scored comparable are not charged.

financial-statement

Charged once for each statement of each period: the location, the period type and the dates it runs between, the statement type, and every reported category code as its own column carrying the amount. A category the provider did not report stays empty rather than becoming a zero, because a line item nobody filed and a line item filed as nothing are different facts. Locations with no statements, and locations the endpoint reports it could not serve, are not charged.

list-record

Charged once for each saved list read back: the list ID and name, the query ID, and the full filter set behind it, which is the only place the criteria that built the list are written down. Lists your account cannot see are not charged.
