Charged once for each survey returned by a transactional availability check: the survey identifier, capture date and time, the first and last photo times, which content types are available, the AI resource identifier and system version, the geocoded address with the provider's confidence in the match, the bounding box of the area, and whether the row came from a free preview or a credit-spending call, with the credit cost and transaction token where one was issued. Locations with no transactional content are not charged.

ai-feature

Charged once for each feature the provider's models detected in the requested area: its identifier and its parent feature, the class and description, the model confidence, and its area in square metres and square feet three ways over, whole, clipped to the area you asked about and explicitly unclipped, because a roof crossing a parcel boundary has different numbers and which one is right depends on the question. Also carries whether the feature belongs to the parcel, the survey date behind it, the roof spotlight index where supplied, and the survey, resource and system version the reading came from with the credits the request spent. Areas where nothing was detected are not charged.

ai-attribute

Charged once for each attribute component on a feature: the attribute class and description, and for each component inside it the class, its confidence, its area in square metres and square feet, its ratio of the parent feature and whether it is the dominant one. Three dimensional attributes also carry roof pitch in degrees and building height in metres and feet. This is where a roof's material mix lives rather than only its dominant material. Features with no attributes are not charged.

ai-rollup

Charged once for each aggregated measure computed over the requested area: its stable identifier, a readable description of what it counts, and its value, kept as the provider sent it alongside a numeric column for the ones that are numbers. A rollup whose feature was never detected is flagged as not detected rather than written as a zero, because the two average very differently. Each row also carries the survey, system version and credits behind it. Areas with no rollups are not charged.

ai-coverage-record

Charged once for each AI survey resource covering a location: the resource and survey identifiers, the survey date, the system version and perspective that produced it, whether it is a prerelease version, and whether it only has predictions over part of its area, which is what turns an absent feature into an open question. Locations with no AI resource are not charged.

catalogue-record

Charged once for each feature class or pack this account may request: the class identifier, description, status and unit, or the pack identifier, description and the feature classes it contains. Worth running first on a new credential, because it reports what the account is actually entitled to and turns a later refusal into a decision made in advance. Empty catalogues are not charged.
