Hashtags come as two separate fields: the tags the creator actually typed in the caption, and the wider set of challenges TikTok associates with the video, which can include tags the caption never contained. A video TikTok reports as non-existent or deleted writes a typed error row and is NOT charged. Inputs that are not readable video URLs are NOT charged. A request that came back blocked is retried on a different datacenter IP and is NOT charged.
